Mark C. Layton, has been with PFSweb since its inception in 1994. As a recognized leader in the utilization of technology in business, his broad based financial skills and years of practical management experience have shown him to be one of the top CEO's in the country today. He is a highly sought after and experienced public speaker where his energy and style have entertained more than 20,000 business professionals and college students annually on such wide-ranging issues as web commerce, leadership, technology trends, supply chain management, customer relationship management, web enabled call centers, financial management and applying Christian principles in business.
In addition to being chairman of the board of directors for PFSweb, Mark has held board positions with several public companies, Mark also has served on numerous private and non-profit boards including GNWC, a wire, cable and networking products distributor; Northern Arizona University Foundation Board, Northern Arizona University College of Business Dean's advisory board and on a number of church and local club boards.
Mark is the author of .coms or .Bombs?... Strategies for profit in e-business, published in 1999, as well as co-author of an ongoing series of leadership development booklets titled Listen up Leader... He is an Associate Editor for the Center for Cycle Time Research at the University of Memphis. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management Information Systems from Northern Arizona University.
Michael Willoughby
Senior Partner - President, PFSweb Services Division
Mike Willoughby serves as President of PFSweb Services Division, responsible for the service business operations of North America. In addition, Mike serves as Chief Information Officer and Senior Partner of PFSweb. Mike joined PFSweb as Vice President of eCommerce in 1999, where he led the group responsible for the acquisition, development, integration and support of world-class technologies, and was promoted to CIO and Senior Partner in 2001.
In addition to his executive leadership experience at PFSweb, Mike founded and served as President and CEO of Design Technologies Inc., and served as President and CEO of Integration Services, Inc.
Mike is a native Texan and has been a resident of the Dallas area since 1987. He is a graduate of Abilene Christian University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1986. He continues to be involved with several local groups supporting high-tech startups and emerging growth companies including STARTech Early Ventures where he serves on the CIO council and he is a member of the Dallas Masterminds Forum. Mike's outstanding leadership in improving overall business processes and his critical involvement in the sales and implementation of many of our large client service projects has proven invaluable to the success of PFSweb.
Thomas J. Madden
Senior Partner - Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer
Thomas J. Madden has served the roles of CAO and CFO for PFSweb since its inception. He previously worked as Chief Financial Officer of Daisytek from 1997 to 2000; acted as Vice President of Finance, Treasurer and Chief Accounting Officer of Daisytek from 1994 to 1997 and as Controller of Daisytek from 1992 to 1994. Prior to joining Daisytek, Mr. Madden served as a financial consultant and audit manager with Arthur Andersen & Co. for 11 years.
Tom received his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from The University of Illinois.
Steven S. Graham
Senior Partner - Chief Solutions Officer
Steven Graham currently serves as Senior Partner and Chief Solutions Officer. Prior to this position, Steven had been Chief Technology Officer since PFSweb's inception. He has over thirty years of experience in the information technology field and served as Senior Vice President of Information Technologies and Chief Information Officer for Daisytek from 1996 to 2000. Prior to joining Daisytek, Steve served as Vice President of Technology for Ingram Micro, a major technology distributor for 8 years.
Bruce McClung

Vice President Sales
Bruce McClung has been with PFSweb since its inception. He was the company's original salesperson and was responsible for closing deals with IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Xerox and others. Bruce joined Daisytek International in 1994 as a sales consultant to assist in the business development and client acquisition activities that led to the formation of PFSweb. Since 1994, he has played an integral role in the development and expansion of PFSweb's current base of brand name clients.
Prior to joining PFSweb, Bruce spent more than twenty-five years in sales, marketing and management roles in systems and solutions organizations including IBM, Boeing and Perdata. Bruce received his Bachelor of Science in marketing from Southern Illinois University School of Business.
Cindy Almond
Partner -
Vice President Client Services
Cindy Almond is Partner and Vice President of Client Services at PFSweb, Inc. Her responsibilities include the maintenance and growth of all existing client relationships, including those for companies such as IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Xerox and Lancôme. Almond also manages PFSweb's call centers in Plano, Texas, Memphis, Tennessee, and Manila, Philippines. She was named Vice President in 2001.
In 1999, Almond transferred from Daisytek International to PFSweb as Director of Account Management where she developed quality-service initiatives, account profitability and standardization of practices throughout the PFSweb account management organization.
From 1991 through 1999, Almond held various posts in the Daisytek marketing and product management organizations, and she also acted as director of the largest branch of Daisytek sales. Cindy graduated from the University of Kansas in 1990.
Scott R. Talley

Vice President Worldwide Distribution
Scott Talley has served as Vice President of International Distribution for PFSweb since its inception. From 1991 to 2000, he served in various capacities for Daisytek, most recently as Senior Director of Distribution Operations, and is now responsible for daily operations at the distribution complex in the Memphis area and for the strategic resource and technology deployment decisions for all the PFSweb distribution facilities. Scott's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas and an MBA from the Ellis College of New York Institute of Technology. The Ellis MBA program was developed in association with Columbia Business School, Stanford University, The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, Carnegie Mellon, and The London School of Economics and Political Science.
Dave Reese
Partner - Vice President
Client Solutions and Implementation
Dave Reese has been with PFSweb since its inception and is currently responsible for the design and development of client solutions as well as overseeing client implementations. Dave built and managed PFSweb's European Distribution Center and served as Director of European Operations. In addition, he served as Director of Distribution with our former parent company, Daisytek International. Before coming to PFSweb, Dave was Vice President of Operations at a regional third party logistics firm and had built and operated several logistics operations for other companies. He attended Springhill College and graduated from the University of South Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Logistics.
Lawrence Lubrano
Partner - Vice President of Client Services
Lawrence Lubrano has been with PFSweb since 1999 and has been instrumental in the development of our Client Services offering. In his current role as Vice President of Client Services, he is responsible for assuring quality delivery of our services and overall client satisfaction and will oversee the strategic support and development of the PFS client portfolio. Prior to joining PFSweb, Lawrence worked for nine years with Accenture Consulting, providing consulting for clients in the consumer products sector. Lawrence received a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.
Gib Dawson
Partner - Vice President, Corporate Controller
Gib Dawson has served as Corporate Controller for PFSweb since its inception. In his role, he handles a wide variety of responsibilities such as financial reporting and treasury operations. Prior to joining PFSweb, Gib was controller for a recorded-music distribution company and prior to that spent more than 8 years with KPMG LLP in the assurance services practice. Gib received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University.
Mark Fuentes
Partner - Vice President of Information Technology
Mark Fuentes has been with PFSweb since 2004. His responsibilities include strategic operation and development of our IT Development, IT Operations and IT Account Management functions for both the eCOST and the PFS/SD service businesses.
Prior to joining PFSweb, Mark worked for Blockbuster as Director of Systems Development for fourteen years. His industry background includes Distribution, Transportation, Merchandising, Procurement, Reverse Logistics, Accounting, and Human Resources. He obtained his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2004 and a Certificate of Management from the University of Texas Dallas in 2006.
Gary Guy
President - eCOST.com
Gary Guy is the founder of eCOST.com and has served as President since October 2001. From October 2001 through April 2004, he also served as Treasurer & Secretary prior to a successful IPO in August 2004. Before joining eCOST.com, Gary served as Vice President of Marketing and Merchandising for PC Mall from 1994 through 1999. Gary received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at the University at California - Irvine and a Master of Business Administration from California State University - Long Beach.
